Full Property Refurbishment

This project was carried out in late 2015. The property was in a poor state of repair and require extensive refurbishment work. It was purchased by a developer as a 4 bedroom terrace house to be converted into a 5 bedroom rental property. The walls were stripped back to brick and were insulated. Many joists had to be repaired and the gutter replaced. New bathrooms and a new kitchen was installed to transform this house into a high quality rental property.

This project was carried out in early 2016. The property was renovated throughout. The property had a new roof covering and new dormer window coverings. New bathrooms and a new kitchen was installed. The property was rewired with a new central heating system.
